pkwapp Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and pkwapp ("pkwapp", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pkwapp.bet. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, products, features, content, and functionality made available by pkwapp.

By accessing the pkwapp website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or feature on the platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the pkwapp platform and close your account.

Access to and use of the pkwapp platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing pkwapp from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by pkwapp or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using your pkwapp account.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

pkwapp takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age — including a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the registration process or during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in the suspension of your account and, where applicable, the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access the full range of pkwapp services, you are required to register a personal account. When completing the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pkwapp account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. pkwapp employs technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your pkwapp account.
• You must keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential.
• You must not share your pkwapp account with any other person or allow any third party to use your account.
• You must notify pkwapp support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• pkwapp will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

pkwapp reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage, including at the time of a withdrawal request. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide all documentation requested by pkwapp within a reasonable timeframe.

All financial transactions on the pkwapp platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkwapp supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard interbank bank transfers. pkwapp does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pkwapp wallet balance in real time, subject to network availability. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business hours to reflect, depending on the originating bank. pkwapp does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by pkwapp's payments team within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money-laundering regulations. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your identity must have been verified to pkwapp's satisfaction before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount on pkwapp is Rs 500.
• pkwapp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual or high-value.
• Withdrawal processing times may be extended during national holidays, banking outages, or peak periods.

pkwapp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible pkwapp account holders aged 21 and over only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per account, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited.
• pkwapp reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend wagering requirements, or cancel a bonus at its sole discretion where it suspects abuse or misuse.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the same wagering requirements as the bonus itself unless stated otherwise.

Any attempt to exploit bonus terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse, will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in the permanent closure of the account concerned.

All bets placed and games played on pkwapp are subject to the specific rules published for each product category, including cricket betting, PSL markets, slots, live dealer games, and RNG table games. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

pkwapp's sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, football, snooker, and UFC — are offered at odds that are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the agreed odds are locked. pkwapp reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event affected by verified match-fixing, data error, or system malfunction.

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• pkwapp's RNG casino games have been independently tested and certified for fairness.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers and streamed in real time. Technical disconnections during live game play will be handled in accordance with the live games fair play policy.
• pkwapp reserves the right to impose individual betting limits or stake restrictions on any account at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, pkwapp's records shall be the primary source of reference and shall be considered definitive.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkwapp platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in further legal action where warranted.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with any game or feature on pkwapp.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer poker, rummy, or multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been possible under normal gameplay conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
• Using the pkwapp platform for any money-laundering purpose or in violation of applicable anti-money-laundering laws and regulations.
• Accessing the pkwapp platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited, through the use of VPNs or other circumvention tools.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications with pkwapp staff or other users via live chat or any other channel.

All content available on the pkwapp platform — including but not limited to the pkwapp brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software code, text, images, promotional materials, and data — is the exclusive property of pkwapp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkwapp platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pkwapp platform without prior written consent from pkwapp.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkwapp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pkwapp platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, data loss, or delays in payment processing.

pkwapp does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pkwapp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkwapp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkwapp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the pkwapp Privacy Policy.

pkwapp implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. You may review pkwapp's data practices in full by visiting the Privacy Policy page.

pkwapp is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and services. We believe that gambling should remain a source of entertainment and should never negatively impact a player's financial situation, personal relationships, or mental well-being. pkwapp provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending on pkwapp.

pkwapp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires pkwapp to restrict access to the account.

In cases of account closure due to breach of this Agreement, pkwapp reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account, including real-money funds, where such funds are deemed to be the proceeds of prohibited conduct.

pkwapp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkwapp will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law or for security reasons.

Your continued use of the pkwapp platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are familiar with the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkwapp holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through pkwapp's internal complaints procedure.

Before escalating any dispute to formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact pkwapp's support team and allow pkwapp a period of thirty (30) days to resolve the matter through its internal dispute resolution process. pkwapp aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final response within 14 business days.
